Our coalition is known for its influential Board of Directors, credited with spearheading some of the industry’s most significant reforms, while also formulating valuable educational resources and opportunities for CCWC members. The Board is comprised of public and private sector employers and trade associations.

Unified Vision

CCWC is dedicated to addressing workers' compensation challenges by elevating the collective voice of its members, by delivering better understanding of workers’ compensation issues through educational outreach and through an unwavering commitment to balanced solutions equitable for all stakeholders.

Focused Engagement

Members are encouraged to participate in the shaping of the organization through specific committee responsibilities and other unique opportunities. CCWC committees make specific recommendations to the Board of Directors on areas of government relations, education, and member relations.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for directing the affairs of the organization, including setting policies and outlining goals for CCWC staff.  It is comprised of up to 25 members and meets quarterly.

The Conference Committee is responsible for planning and developing the Association's Annual Conference. It is made up of a diverse group of leaders who work closely with Association staff and vendor advisors to produce the premier annual event. 

The Government Relations Committee is responsible for reviewing legislation and providing policy advice.

The Membership Committee is responsible for advising on member recruitment, retention, and benefits. The committee is also instrumental in reaching out to leaders in the workers' compensation industry to promote CCWC. The committee meets monthly.
